The following actions are expressly prohibited:
Reverse Engineering
Attempting to extract source code, trade secrets, or algorithms from the Averin Labs platform.
Unauthorized Transfer
Reselling, sublicensing, renting, or providing access to unauthorized third parties without written consent.
Unlawful or Abusive Use
Using the platform for illegal purposes, unlawful content, or intentional infrastructure overload.
Unfair Competition
Using the platform to develop competing products or replicate features/interface to build similar services.
All intellectual property rights related to the platform belong exclusively to Averin Labs.

Compensation if targets are missed
If monthly availability falls below the agreed target, Averin Labs liability is limited to providing proportional service credits on a subsequent invoice.

Indirect Damages
Indirect, incidental, and consequential damages (including lost profits) are excluded where permitted.
External Factors
Third-party and out-of-control events are not covered absent failure to apply reasonable safeguards.
Data Loss
We implement backups, but customers should maintain their own up-to-date copies of important data.
